We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Farm team at Agricultural Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing independent insurance advice to our clients.

Your primary focus will be on identifying and maximizing sales opportunities, developing and maintaining your product knowledge, and nurturing strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Proven experience in the insurance sector
  • Interest or experience in the Agricultural sector
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own diary
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • An excellent relationship builder
  • Full UK Driving License
