Role Overview:
As a Senior Planning and Performance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role within our Technical Management team, championing technical excellence and contributing to our vision of becoming a premier provider of technical solutions in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders, both internally (including bid, commercial, and operational teams) and externally (clients, consulting partners, supply chain, and manufacturers).
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance and uphold our core values.
- Supervise and coordinate the delivery of efficient design and technical management across various projects.
- Focus on the pre-construction phase design processes, ensuring that projects are technically prepared to minimize on-site engineering challenges and financial uncertainties.
Technical Leadership:
- Assume overall technical responsibility for the pre-construction phase design processes within your designated region/projects.
- Establish and oversee technical strategies and deliverables plans for all projects.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate design and technical risks effectively.
- Introduce relevant specialists to project teams at appropriate stages.
- Align consultant deliverables and fees with project pricing, procurement, and construction requirements.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related Building Services discipline (BEng or MEng/MSc).
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a design-focused building services engineering role, preferably within sectors such as Healthcare, Commercial, Leisure, or MOD/MOJ.
Project Management:
- Experience managing projects with MEP values ranging from £5-50M.
