About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Boden Group. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks across our commercial office building in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks, including light replacements, emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, and minor repairs.
  • Changing filters on AHU's, FCU's, and other equipment, as well as performing water hygiene and temperature testing.
  • Assisting with minor plumbing and other general building service maintenance duties.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a multi-skilled maintenance role within a building services or commercial environment.
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to be flexible.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
