Administrative Assistant Role

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our operations team at First Recruitment Services. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Prepare quotes, bids, tenders, and proposals to support our business growth
* Create feedback surveys to measure customer satisfaction
* Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
* Handle client and team inquiries, logging, taking, chasing, and resolving any issues

**Requirements**

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Previous administration experience, preferably in a similar role
* Highly organized and attention to detail
* Ability to drive with a valid UK driving license and own vehicle due to the location of our business

**Working Arrangements**

This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, in our office based in Arundel. You will be required to have a valid UK driving license and own vehicle due to the location of our business. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000.
