• Vehicle Repair and Maintenance: Utilize your technical knowledge to diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues, including engine repairs and clutch replacements.
• Customer Service: Effectively communicate with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide solutions to meet their expectations.
• Team Collaboration: Mentor and support less experienced team members, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

• Education and Training: Hold a recognized Automotive Qualification, such as NVQ level 2/3, and have completed manufacturer training programs.
