- Significant experience within the catering industry, with a proven track record of managing multi-site operations.
- Excellent people, communication, and man-management skills, with the ability to train, develop, and performance manage staff.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with previous responsibility for budget monitoring and financial planning.
- A flexible approach, with the ability to work collaboratively with other services and external partners.
- Driven, self-motivated, and sales-focused, with strong leadership skills and an inspirational approach that enables you to motivate and engage staff.
