Corporate Events Coordinator

You will play a key part in enhancing our guests' experience, ensuring that every event is a success. As a Meetings and Events Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face of our corporate site, providing exceptional hospitality and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events for internal and external clients, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.
- Manage the prestigious settings facilities, scheduling, planning, and expediting operations to meet the highest standards.
- Coordinate events administration tasks, including updating the events calendar, completing relevant event forms, and ensuring all departments are briefed.
- Be the go-to person for providing information and events assistance, ensuring that clients receive exceptional support.
- Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Package DescriptionMeetings and Events Coordinator
- Monday - Friday
- Working hours between 7am and 7pm (8 hour shift)
- 40 hours per week
- Bicycle storage bays on-site
