About the Role
Intaso is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Consultant to join our team as a Pre-Sales Cyber Security Expert. As a key member of our pre-sales team, you will play a critical role in helping our customers navigate the complex world of cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on cybersecurity, staying up-to-date with the latest threat landscape, trends, and innovations in the security industry.
- Collaborate closely with our sales team to understand customer needs and objectives, ensuring a strong focus on protecting our customers' technology infrastructure and data from cyber-attacks.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation to support the improvement of our customers' security estates, serving as a resource for general advice and guidance.
- Deliver technical training and enablement sessions to our sales teams, partners, and customers, empowering stakeholders with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively position and/or sell cybersecurity offerings.
- Engage with customers to address technical challenges, provide solution recommendations, and overcome obstacles, building strong relationships based on trust, credibility, and expertise.
- Proactively collaborate with our wider pre-sales team where a link to cybersecurity is required, building relationships with sales, product managers, engineers, and service desk teams to drive overall business success in security.
Requirements
- Over 2 years of experience in a pre-sales or similar role within a managed service provider (MSP) or reseller organization.
- Good knowledge and awareness of global information security standards, including ISO27002, CIS, NCSE CAF, and NIST CSF.
- Advisor in advanced cybersecurity services, including SSE, SASE, SIEM, and MDR/EDR.
