About the Role

As a Surfacing Supervisor with Breedon Group, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and efficiency of our surfacing projects. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you oversee teams, manage resources, and maintain robust relationships with clients and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Health, Safety, and Environmental Management: Uphold stringent standards to ensure a safe working environment for all.
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Strategically plan and coordinate surfacing activities to meet project specifications.
  • Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and manage labour, materials, and equipment to achieve project goals.
  • Client and Contractor Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors to enhance the company's professional standing.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and guide your team to ensure high standards of workmanship and quality.
Requirements
  • Industry Experience: Proven experience in the surfacing industry.
  • Leadership and Motivation: Strong ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve high standards of workmanship.
  • Safety and Risk Management: Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating safety risks.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Essential Qualifications: Valid CSCS card and a driving license.
