About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal AI/ML Engineer to join our team at GlaxoSmithKline. As a key member of our AI/ML team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions to drive business value and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into our products and services
  • Develop and maintain high-quality AI/ML code and documentation
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML trends and technologies and apply them to our business
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and researchers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
  • Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms such as Azure and AWS
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with MLOps and DevOps practices
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud services and experience with Azure AI and Azure Machine Learning
  • Experience with data science libraries such as NumPy, pandas, and scikit-learn
