Our client, a vibrant and expanding company situated on the outskirts of Gloucester City Centre, is currently in search of a Warehouse Operative to become part of their team.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual eager to embark on a career in warehousing and logistics. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be essential in facilitating the efficient operation of the warehouse and yard activities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive stock shipments and ensure accurate and timely documentation.
2. Efficiently and accurately pick customer orders.
3. Organize and store items promptly, ensuring order within the warehouse.
4. Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
5. Consistently follow health and safety protocols.
6. Assist with inventory management using handheld devices.
7. Handle products with care and report any discrepancies or damages.
8. Provide assistance to other departments as required.

Qualifications:
1. Strong teamwork abilities and effective collaboration skills.
2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Previous experience with warehouse management systems, such as SAGE, is preferred.
4. Experience in loading and unloading vehicles, including forklift operation.
5. A Counterbalance and Pivot truck License is preferred, but training will be provided if necessary.
