- Review and approve journals prepared by the Accounts Payable team.
- Reconcile accounts payable balances each month.
- Provide support with managing credit cards and employee expenses.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports to the senior leadership team.
- Supervise and guide the Accounts Payable team in daily operations.
- Ensure timely resolution of escalated queries and issues.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and previous management experience, with the confidence to oversee the entire Accounts Payable function. Ideally, you will be AAT Qualified, however, this is not a strict requirement. What's essential is a strong track record in people management, as this will be critical in driving the team to meet its goals and objectives.
