Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at 12 Recruitment Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role in our MEP Design Consultancy.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design engineering, with a proven track record of managing clients and mentoring less experienced engineers. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality design solutions and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and deliver design solutions that meet their needs
  • Mentor and develop less experienced engineers within the team
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and growth strategies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience working at Stage 3&4 in UK MEP Design Consultancies
  • A strong track record of managing clients and delivering design solutions
  • Experience in mentoring and developing less experienced engineers
