Role Overview:
As the initial point of contact for our visitors, you will be responsible for providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. Your duties will include assisting guests with various services such as luggage handling for both incoming and outgoing guests, welcoming guests upon arrival, parking vehicles, operating resort transportation, addressing guest inquiries, and resolving any issues in a courteous and accommodating manner.
You will also manage requests for shuttle services (transportation within the resort) and execute them promptly.
Offer guidance to guests regarding the local area, including tourist attractions, business venues, and events.
Welcome guests and escort them to the Reception area, introducing them by name to the Receptionist.
Provide assistance with baggage handling for both arriving and departing guests.
Safeguard guest luggage upon request and aid in the loading and unloading of bags into and out of vehicles.
Ensure the timely delivery of guests' luggage and personal belongings to the designated rooms in a professional manner.
Valet park guests' vehicles as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Previous experience in a hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- A valid driving license is required.
