About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Asbestos Surveyor Trainee. As a Trainee Asbestos Surveyor, you will be based at our Head Office and work alongside our experienced contracts in East Anglia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in carrying out asbestos management, demolition, refurbishment, and re-inspection surveys to various building sectors - Domestic, Commercial, and Industrial.
  • Shadow our qualified team and gain hands-on experience in asbestos surveying.
  • Develop skills and knowledge in asbestos surveying and bulk sampling, with the opportunity to complete the BOHS P Asbestos Surveying and Bulk Sampling exam.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our asbestos consultancy, with opportunities for career advancement in the asbestos sector.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety legislations within the Construction industry.
