We are seeking a skilled Dietitian to work with our client in Liverpool.
Job Summary:This role involves conducting thorough assessments of patients' health conditions, formulating and implementing care plans, and providing treatment as necessary.
Responsibilities:- Conducting autonomous assessments of patients' health conditions
- Formulating and implementing care plans
- Providing treatment as necessary
- Using evidence-based practice and specialist skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date department records in line with professional standards
- Staying current with the latest medical advancements and best practices
- Current and valid registration with the HCPC in the UK as a Dietitian
- Previous experience as a Dietitian either in the UK or overseas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
This position will require you to work from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours.
