About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Print Producer to join our team at ZEALOT UK. As a Print Producer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all print department projects, ensuring they are completed on brief, on schedule, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee projects from brief to final delivery, liaising with clients at every stage.
  • Client Relationships: Develop, grow, and maintain strong client relationships, proactively seeking new projects and constantly looking to improve the client experience.
  • Team Management: Collaborate with and support senior leads to ensure projects run smoothly and maintain high-quality work, while also ensuring a balanced workload for the print team.
  • Resource Management: Create briefings, source materials and resources, and coordinate internal resources to ensure projects remain on schedule.
  • Financial Management: Create and manage budgets, meet profit targets, and maintain timely billing.
  • Quality Control: Safely manage secure client content, documenting and archiving projects upon completion, and ensure all assets and projects are highly organised and streamlined.
Requirements
  • Design Knowledge: Have a great interest, curiosity, and understanding of design, especially key art.
  • Industry Knowledge: Be passionate about the Film and TV industry.
  • Organisational Skills: Possess excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask across a variety of complex assets, projects, and campaigns.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, able to manage the print team as well as freelancers.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with the ability to problem-solve quickly.
  • Design Process: Have a strong understanding of the tools and design process across all stages of production.
  • Self-Motivation: Be focused, proactive, and self-motivated, with the ability to understand strategy and creatively interpret client briefs.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £30,000 to £50,000 (dependent on experience).
  • Flexible Working: Home working up to 2 days a week (after the initial onboarding and training period).
