HireIQ is excited to partner with a highly respected County Down accountancy practice to find an ambitious Senior Qualified Accountant to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently manage a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Complete a range of accounting and ad-hoc tasks
  • Lead and participate in client meetings as necessary
  • Provide mentorship to staff and trainees as appropriate
  • Contribute to develop strong client relationships
  • Oversee staff work planning, training, and development
  • Collaborate with various in-house departments as needed
Requirements
  • Qualified with ACCA or ACA with a background in accountancy practice
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with cloud-based accountancy software, such as Xero or QuickBooks
  • Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Excel and Word
