About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager Clinical to join our team at a luxury care home in West Midlands. As a Deputy Manager Clinical, you will work closely with the Home Manager and the Non-Clinical Deputy to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deputise for the Home Manager in their absence
  • Lead a team of nurses and unit managers to ensure quality care is given to all residents
  • Liaise with families, GPs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure kindness and professionalism
  • Ensure compliance with care standards, audits, medication, and Dols
Requirements
  • Current NMC PIN
  • Background in care management gained within an elderly care home
  • Self-starter with ability to motivate team and ensure excellent quality of care
  • Excellent knowledge of care and clinical standards
  • Passionate about dementia care
