Job Description:
Job SummaryHunter AHP Resourcing is seeking a highly experienced Histology Biomedical Scientist to work with our client in Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to expand on their skills in a highly reputable NHS hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Perform histology laboratory tasks, including microtomy, to ensure high-quality results
- Work collaboratively with the laboratory team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain expertise in histology laboratory techniques and procedures
- Contribute to the development and implementation of laboratory policies and procedures
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff members
- IBMS Accredited Degree desirable
- Experience working within a histology laboratory
- Must have microtomy experience, able to cut at least 30 blocks per hour
- Must have full right to work in the UK
- Quick and simple online registration
