We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Consultant/Valuer to join our team at Pertemps. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business, conducting property valuations, and negotiating sales on behalf of clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively register applicants, follow up on incoming leads from various sources, and engage in canvassing activities to drive sales growth.
- Valuation and Listing: Conduct thorough property valuations and list homes for sale, ensuring accurate and attractive marketing presentations that showcase the properties' best features.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiate sales on behalf of clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all parties involved, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
