About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Manager to lead and deliver complex quality improvement projects across healthcare services. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication, motivational, and quality improvement skills, be able to influence and encourage teams to work across organisational boundaries, and hold patient care at the heart of their work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver complex quality improvement projects across healthcare services.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and experience.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify and address quality improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent level of experience in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrable specialist knowledge and worked experience of stroke care services, at either senior clinical, operational, or commissioning level.
  • Experience of leading and delivering complex quality improvement projects across healthcare services.
  • Exceptional communication, motivational, and quality improvement skills.
  • Ability to influence and encourage teams to work across organisational boundaries.
  • Hold patient care at the heart of their work.
