Literacy Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Literacy Mentor to join our team at a Good Primary School in Harrow. As a Literacy Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting disadvantaged children, children with SEND, and high-achieving children to break academic barriers.

• Work alongside EYFS and KS1 Teachers and the SEND team to provide adequate support for each student.
• Utilise your skills and knowledge to improve children's English and Literacy skills.
• Option for schools direct teacher training after a year.

• First-class graduates from a Top UK University with a degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or Modern Languages.
• An individual with a passion for working with vulnerable and disadvantaged children and a kind and caring personality.
• Any previous experience in tutoring or teaching.
• Anyone with an interest in Linguistics, a Career as a Primary School Teacher, or even Speech and Language.
