Insurance Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Advisor to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and delivering insurance solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Dealing with inbound and outbound customer calls to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Ensuring calls are answered in a timely and professional manner, and delivering exceptional customer experience.
- Complying with all approved procedures, customer service standards, and external regulatory bodies.
- Identifying and handling customer complaints in accordance with our complaints procedure.
- Experience in the insurance industry, with a preference for Medical Malpractice.
- Previous experience in sales or service, preferably in public-facing industries such as insurance, retail, or hospitality.
