About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Technical Repair Specialist to join our team at Centrica Plc. As a key member of our service and repair team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' gas appliances and central heating systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on gas appliances and central heating systems
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with a range of boiler and central heating systems
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on energy efficiency and system maintenance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in gas appliance and central heating system maintenance and repair
  • Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1) NVQ, C&G or equivalent in plumbing or heating
  • A full UK driving licence with 6 points or less
