Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Stepping Stones. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe delivery of our learn to swim programme.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe delivery of swimming lessons, adhering to all relevant health and safety guidelines.
• Act as a poolside coordinator, supporting the swim teaching team and ensuring a smooth lesson delivery.
• Provide feedback to the Stepping Stones office as required, contributing to the continuous improvement of our programme.

Qualifications and Experience

• National Rescue Award for Swim Teachers (NRASTC)
• National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
• STA International Pool Lifeguard

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who is fun, approachable, and loves working with children. As a Stepping Stones Lifeguard, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging environment for our swimmers. You will be able to adapt to each situation, remain calm under pressure, and provide exceptional customer service.

Additional Information

We offer a range of days and times for our Lifeguard positions, including weekday afternoons and weekends. Additional hours can be picked up on either a temporary or permanent basis.
