Key Responsibilities:
- Production Management: Oversee the production floor, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products to our customers.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.
- Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for all employees, adhering to relevant legislation and regulations.
- Maintenance and Asset Management: Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, serviced, and upgraded as needed to maintain optimal performance.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.

Requirements:
