Job Description

**Job Title:** Class 2 Bin Lorry Driver

**Job Type:** Full-time, Ongoing

**Location:** Forfar Area

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class 2 Driver to join our team at Driver Hire. As a Class 2 Bin Lorry Driver, you will be responsible for driving a bin lorry and collecting refuse across the Angus area. You will work as part of a crew to load and unload bins onto the vehicle.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Drive a bin lorry safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload bins onto the vehicle
  • Work as part of a crew to collect refuse
  • Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard

**Requirements:**

  • Category C entitlement on your UK driving licence
  • Valid Drivers CPC and Digital Tachograph
  • No more than 6 points on your licence, with no major endorsements
  • Recent class 2 driving experience

**What We Offer:**

  • Competitive hourly rate of £14.86 including holiday pay (£13.26 accrued)
  • Excellent prospects for permanent employment
  • Full-time hours for a minimum of 3 months
  • Monday to Thursday shift pattern
