About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EWM Senior Consultant to join our Digital Enterprise Solutions (DES) Department at Tata Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing SAP EWM consultancy in design and delivery on EWM projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure warehouse management applications in SAP EWM for various functionalities, including outbound processes, wave picking, EWM system integration with APO, and more.
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and plot traceability matrices.
  • Provide robust solutions to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Manage and resolve cross-programme solution issues with programme stakeholders and partners.
  • Advise on standard SAP best practice application solution design in warehouse management.
  • Prepare GAP lists for development work and ensure adequate justification is given for development over standard SAP functionality.
  • Guide the process team in analysis and decomposition of current business processes, scripting exercises, and design and configuration of the EWM system.
  • Conduct workshops and presentations to validate business design with the end-user community.
  • Plan and deliver the execution of system unit, integration, and performance testing.
  • Support cutover activities, deployments, UAT, end-user training sessions, and knowledge transfer to customers and internal support teams.
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of extended warehouse management.
  • Experience of defining and resourcing support teams.
  • Excellent communications skills and proven ability to manage/balance senior stakeholder interests.
