Forklift Field Service Engineer Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Forklift Field Service Engineer to join our team in Coventry and Rugby. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance and breakdown coverage on a range of forklifts and associated equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned maintenance and breakdown coverage on forklifts and associated equipment
  • Complete comprehensive training to become fully competent on all machinery and equipment
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve service delivery targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients

Requirements:

  • Experience with plant, forklifts, HGV, agricultural or similar equipment
  • Engine diagnostics and some basic electrical skills
  • Ideal candidate will hold a level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject
