Job Overview

**About You**

  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms and bathrooms to a high standard, which includes vacuuming, polishing surfaces, and refreshing linens and towels.
  • Ensuring that public areas are cleaned and organized, creating a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Replenishing supplies in guest rooms, such as linens, toiletries, and other essentials.
  • Interacting with guests as needed to provide assistance and enhance their experience.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues to the housekeeping supervisor promptly.
  • The role can be physically demanding; however, comprehensive training will be provided, and you will be part of a supportive team.

**The Offer**

  • Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
  • Part-time permanent role, requiring 20 hours per week, typically from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM, across five days including weekends.
  • Involves one evening turndown shift weekly.
  • Opportunity to earn additional service charge and tips, distributed bi-monthly.
  • 28 days of paid holiday, inclusive of bank holidays, plus an extra day off for your birthday.
