Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer to join our team at Corecom Consulting. As a NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure, including routing systems and monitoring.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Own the entire major incident process and be responsible for keeping the business informed and up-to-date on any issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve network performance.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve network efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Provide expert-level technical support to internal stakeholders and external customers.

**Requirements:**
