Job Title: Third in Charge - Toddler Room Leader

JEM Childcare Solutions is seeking an experienced and skilled Room Leader to join our team as Third in Charge of our busy Toddler room. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of staff, working closely with the management team to achieve nursery goals, and developing and implementing engaging and educational programs for children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of staff in a fast-paced Toddler room environment
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive nursery goals and objectives
  • Design and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of children
  • Ensure the highest standards of care and education for children
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years/Childcare
  • At least 2 years' experience of working in a Day Nursery
  • At least 1 year's experience of leading and supporting teams
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and support others
  • Genuine passion and enthusiasm for working with children and helping others learn
  • Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
  • Firm understanding of Ofsted standards and requirements
