About the Role:

VanRath is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team. As part of our continued growth, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services while prioritizing innovation, safety, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  2. Diagnose and repair electrical faults in a timely manner, adhering to safety standards and regulations.
  3. Collaborate with other maintenance staff and departments to coordinate repairs and upgrades, ensuring seamless operations.
  4. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work, including repairs, inspections, and modifications.
  5. Participate in the planning and execution of electrical projects, including equipment upgrades and new installations.
  6. Assist in developing and implementing maintenance procedures and schedules to optimize efficiency.
  7. Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
  1. Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Maintenance, or a related field.
  2. 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in an industrial setting.
  3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including PLCs, motors, drives, and control systems.
  4. Experience with preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting techniques.
  5. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in electrical maintenance.
  6. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

What We Offer:

  1. Salary of £35,000 - £40,000
  2. Shift allowance (for evening shift, NO NIGHTS REQUIRED)
