Job Title: Bodyshop Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bodyshop Advisor to join our team at Perfect Placement UK Ltd. As a Bodyshop Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all vehicle repairs are carried out to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers to understand their repair requirements and provide estimates for the work to be carried out.
  • Produce job cards and update customer and vehicle records on our in-house computer systems.
  • Prepare and complete invoices for customers.
  • Liaise with insurance companies to ensure that all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Advise customers on estimated costs of repairs and timescales for completion.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Bodyshop Advisor or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with using motor dealership database software.
