Grounds Maintenance Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our Commercial team in Coventry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the effective management of programmed maintenance, leading by example with grounds maintenance work, and supporting the service delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Contract Manager and Supervisor in the management of programmed maintenance
  • Lead by example with grounds maintenance work, ensuring high standards are maintained
  • Support and guide the service delivery team, including grounds maintenance operatives
  • Monitor staff timekeeping, holidays, and sickness levels
