Job Title: Retail Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Jenningsbet. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting company-wide campaigns, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable gaming experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with customers to create a positive and welcoming shop atmosphere
  • Effectively promote company-wide campaigns to our customers
  • Process bets, settle transactions, and provide accurate payment to winning customers
  • Monitor competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive
  • Take all necessary steps to maintain a safe working environment
  • Deputize for the Branch Manager in their absence
Requirements:
  • You will thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and enjoy interacting with people
  • Strong numeracy skills and ability to handle cash transactions
  • Excellent personal presentation and time management skills
