Senior Generator Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Generator Engineer to join our team at a leading plant hire company. As a Generator Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of generators, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet the required safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on generators, including services and inspections
  • Test and inspect generators to ensure they are functioning correctly
  • Ensure all paperwork is up to date and accurate
  • Work on a range of generators from 10KVA to 400 KVA

Requirements:

  • SVQ or NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance or equivalent
  • CSCS Gold Card holder (preferred)
  • Experience working on generators, including FG Wilson, SDMO, Stephill, Cummins, Generac, CAT, Atlas Copco, Briggs, Perkins, Himoinsa, and similar
  • Full UK driving license (desirable)
