Position Overview:
Our client, a reputable organization, is seeking an Internal Sales Consultant to enhance their team dynamics.

Role Responsibilities:
- Engage with both new and existing clientele, ensuring effective account management.
- Identify and pursue potential leads that may contribute to business growth.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of previous customers to re-establish connections.
- Utilize CRM systems proficiently to track interactions and sales progress.
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone and email.
- Demonstrate strong computer literacy, particularly in Word, Excel, and Office 365.

Working Conditions:
- This is a fully office-based position, operating Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.

Compensation:
- The role offers a competitive base salary ranging from £26,000 to £28,000 per annum, complemented by a structured team bonus system, disbursed monthly and quarterly.
