About the Role:
Eight Versa is in search of an innovative and commercially astute Sustainability Consultant who possesses exceptional project management capabilities. This position is designed to foster and develop client partnerships while implementing effective sustainability solutions.
You will collaborate with a diverse team in our London office, focusing on BREEAM, LEED, and WELL Assessments, as well as sustainability reports for planning submissions, Building Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), and Building Performance evaluations to deliver comprehensive services that stand out in quality and design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the LEED and WELL certification procedures
- Assist clients in achieving their sustainability goals from project initiation to finalization
- Articulate the advantages and benefits of LEED and WELL Certification to clients
- Identify opportunities to improve building performance
- Offer customized consultancy guidance to clients regarding their sustainability strategies
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in managing LEED and WELL certification processes and sustainability strategies for buildings and portfolios
- Accredited as a WELL Professional
- Accredited as a LEED Professional
- Strong skills in project management
- Extensive technical expertise in sustainability services
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Adept at framing problems, synthesizing information, asking pertinent questions, and extracting insights to guide decision-making
- Ability to cultivate and maintain robust client relationships
