Exciting Opportunity for a Principal Signalling Systems Engineer

We are working with a leading railway company to find a talented Principal Signalling Systems Engineer to join their team in London. This is a permanent, hybrid role with a competitive salary and bonus scheme.

About the Role:

  • As a Principal Signalling Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for developing requirements, participating in standards setting, and delivering workshops to the industry.
  • You will work closely with the company's partners and members to help deliver a safer railway.
  • Experience with UK conventional signalling and ETCS railway systems is essential.
  • You will be educated to degree level in engineering, scientific, or mathematical subjects.
  • A recognised industry qualification, such as IET or IRSE, is required.

What You Will Be Doing:

This role will involve working on conventional railway signalling systems, with some involvement in ETCS. You will be based in London but will work hybrid, with 2 days a week in the office.

What We Offer:

Salary: £69,000 - £83,968, dependent on experience and suitability for the role. Bonus scheme: up to 13% on top of salary. Holiday allowance: 30 days per annum + bank holidays. Travel allowance, healthcare, and more.
