Job Summary:

Ingeus is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Youth Engagement Specialist to join our team in Lancashire. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for engaging with schools and colleges, promoting the National Citizen Service (NCS) program, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive consistent strong performance through regional recruitment events, such as school assemblies and youth groups.
  • Deliver strong sales pitches to sell the NCS experience to young people at recruitment stalls.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community partners, schools, teachers, parents, and governors, to gain support for NCS.

Requirements:

  • Ability to travel and bring the NCS experience to life.
  • Sales experience and a target-driven mindset.
  • Public speaking skills and confidence in addressing diverse audiences.
  • Rapport-building skills to connect with people of all ages, including young minds, stakeholders, and parents.
