Job Description:

Recruit UK is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Administrator to join a reputable Financial Planning firm in the UK.

Our client is a leading provider of financial planning services, dedicated to delivering exceptional results for their clients. As their business continues to grow, they require a talented Administrator to support their back office team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new clients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage client relationships and maintain accurate records
  • Liaise with product providers and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and document management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a financial services administration role
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Relevant qualifications, such as CII or LIBF, are desirable
