Job Title: Pathway Team Lead - Mental Health Crisis

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Pathway Team Lead - Mental Health Crisis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering evidence-based interventions to support young people presenting in mental health crisis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professionals in delivering evidence-based interventions to support young people presenting in mental health crisis.
  • Work closely with community and inpatient matrons, NELFT professionals, KCC, schools, and other partner agencies to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Offer clinical and managerial supervision to the team, provide clinical and operational guidance where necessary, and attend, represent, and lead professional and MDT meetings.
  • Develop audits and new processes to support the delivery of the enhanced treatment pathway alongside the matron.
  • Work alongside and support other pathway team leaders within the crisis pathway covering the crisis assessment and triage team, short stay services, and the inpatient unit at KMAH.

Requirements:

  • Registered with an appropriate regulatory body.
  • At least 2 years' experience working as a band 6.
  • Experience of working with and managing complex cases.

Working Arrangements:

The team operates a hybrid model of working across both office and agile working. The position is for a pathway team lead to work 3 long days across 7 days in a 4-week rolling pattern.
