Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Abbott is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in the Neuromodulation Division. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our Northern Europe region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes.
  • Load and review financial forecasts on a quarterly basis into the Dodeca system.
  • Analyze spending vs budget and prepare financial reports with commentary on current performance.
  • Own the accuracy and completeness of the sales reporting system and prepare quotas for sales reporting.
  • Perform bonus accrual and payment calculations, and prepare journal entries for month-end close.
  • Travel may be required to support financial reviews across countries within Region North Europe.
  • Develop and utilize sound financial processes and improve visibility on price/volume reporting/tracking.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in finance or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in an international work environment.
  • Strong financial accounting knowledge and experience with Excel and data-cube systems.
  • Ability to drive change and influence decisions within the business.
  • Strong SAP system knowledge and attention to detail.
