Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care Limited. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of excellent care standards.
  • Care Planning and Delivery: Promote independence and dignity while enhancing the lives of individuals in our care.
  • Quality and Governance: Support the delivery of improvements and drive quality standards to further improve efficiencies in line with CQC guidelines.
  • Environment and Safety: Ensure a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment is provided for all residents, employees, and visitors.
  • Management and Administration: Support the Home Manager and take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Home.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications and Experience: A registered nurse with experience of managing a team, ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately, and rotas are in place to enable the smooth running of the home.
  • Quality and Governance: Experienced in quality and clinical governance programs, including audit and care services.
  • Care Planning and Delivery: Experienced in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks.
  • Documentation and Technology: Able to maintain accurate documentation and resident records while incorporating the use of modern technology.
  • Medicine Management: Confident in overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift in accordance with company policies and current legislation.
  • Teaching and Mentoring: Able to support, guide, teach, and mentor others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times.
  • Passion and Attitude: Passionate about delivering great care and supporting residents and their families.
  • Personal Qualities: A glass half full person, with a sense of humor and a positive outlook.
