Job Title: IaC Engineer

At Merge IT, we are seeking an experienced IaC Engineer to join our team. As an IaC Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated infrastructure provisioning and configuration using software development practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, and GitOps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automated infrastructure provisioning and configuration using IaC tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
  • Develop and maintain IaC frameworks and tools to support continuous delivery and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize infrastructure requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IaC frameworks and tools.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in IaC engineering and cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of IaC tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins and GitLab.
