About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of care professionals to deliver high standards of care. You will have a strong business acumen and be able to manage occupancy levels, finances, and resources to ensure the continued financial viability of the home.
About You
We are looking for an experienced care home manager with a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent. You will have a supportive and caring leadership style, empowering your team to always do their best. You will be committed to promoting and developing the highest standards of care.
