Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from £38,000 to £45,000, along with daily allowances for overseas assignments (accommodation, meals, and transportation covered).
Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with early finish at 1:00 PM on Fridays and every second Friday off.

The Service Technician will report directly to the Product Manager and will be tasked with the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of equipment both in-house and at client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct all tasks in a safe manner, adhering to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Install, commission, maintain, and repair equipment down to the component level.
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on the proper use and upkeep of the equipment.
  • Oversee third-party personnel during installation and operational tasks.
  • Complete and submit service reports for both customer and internal records.
  • Communicate with clients and management regarding the status of installation and repair projects.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services by following established processes and protocols.
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness by promoting products and services while being mindful of costs and customer requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Multi-skilled technician with a focus on electrical and electronic disciplines.
  • Experience in an industrial environment.
  • HNC or higher qualification in electrical/electronic engineering or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel, sometimes on short notice and for extended durations.
