Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Upsell and promote our menu items, drinks, and services to enhance the guest experience.
  • Manage cash and card transactions accurately, handling customer payments and operating the point-of-sale system efficiently.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you're equipped to deliver exceptional service.
